Role Overview

We are seeking a sales-focused Relationship Manager with a background in hospitality or hotel management and a strong flair for client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about driving revenue growth while supporting the Centre Head in limited operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition (80%)
  • Drive seat sales across private offices, dedicated desks, and flexible plans

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, brokers, and local outreach

  • Conduct tours, pitch offerings, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals, upselling, and referrals

  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run local campaigns and activations

Centre Operations & Support (20%)
  • Assist the Centre Head in day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the workspace

  • Coordinate with vendors and manage basic inventory and facility upkeep

  • Supervise support staff to ensure service standards are consistently met

  • Address client queries and escalations with professionalism

  • Support in preparing daily and weekly reports and coordinating with internal teams for billing and events


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales (coworking, hospitality, or real estate preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a small team in a dynamic environment

  • Must be based in Bangalore East, preferably near Sarjapur Road

Role Objective:

Execute high-impact on-ground BTL activities across Bangalore to generate quality leads for Buloke residential & commercial projects, with strict focus on location relevance, lead quality and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute society activations (gated communities, apartments, etc)
  • Manage kiosks, stalls, roadshows, leafleting, newspaper insertions and cab branding activations
  • Coordinate with RWAs, facility managers, vendors, and promoters for permissions and execution
  • Ensure lead capture accuracy (QR, CRM forms, walk-in sheets) and timely handover to presales
  • Track daily activity-wise leads, footfall, and expenses
  • Support site visit events, launch days, and weekend campaigns
  • Ensure Buloke brand guidelines and messaging are followed at every activation
  • Identify new micro-markets and society clusters for future activations
  • Preferred touchpoints: IT parks, gated communities, high-density residential clusters, metro catchments
  • Weekends & festive campaigns are mandatory

Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)
  • 1–3 years’ experience in BTL / field marketing (real estate preferred)
  • Strong local Bangalore area knowledge
  • Comfortable with field work & weekend execution

Role Objective:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for onboarding, managing, and driving sales
through Channel Partners (CPs) to achieve revenue targets. The role focuses on building
strong CP relationships, improving conversions, and ensuring discipline in reporting and
compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management
• Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners
• Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs to ensure continuous engagement
• Conduct regular CP meetings, briefings, and site visits
• Ensure CPs are aligned with company policies, pricing, and inventory
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Drive sales through CP network to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Track CP-wise performance: leads, site visits, bookings, and conversions
• Support CPs in closing deals through negotiations, product clarity, and approvals
• Ensure no underselling or policy deviations
Training & Enablement
• Conduct regular product training, pitch sessions, and market updates for CPs
• Share marketing collaterals, inventory updates, and scheme details
• Educate CPs on CRM usage, documentation, and booking processes
Reporting & CRM Discipline
• Ensure 100% lead registration in CRM (CP-wise)
• Monitor daily and weekly sales reports from CPs
• Track funnel metrics: Leads → SV → Booking → Agreement →Invoicing
• Highlight non-performing CPs and recommend corrective actions
Compliance & Coordination
• Ensure CP adherence to RERA, company SOPs, and ethical selling practices
• Coordinate with internal teams – CRM, legal, finance, and site sales
• Facilitate booking approvals, assignment agreements, and commission payouts
Market Intelligence
• Gather market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
• Share insights with management for pricing and strategy improvements
